民国双旗币湖南省造二十文，钱币正面中央左为星旗、右为五色旗，两面国旗上系结带相互交叉，外缘上铸“湖南省造”四字，下铸纪值“当制钱二十文”六字，左右分列花枝。钱币背面铸有环圈，环圈内为稻穗组成的嘉禾纹。周边并有英文标注币值“TWENTY CASH”。钱币包浆浓厚，铸字清晰。虽然经历了无穷岁月的洗礼，存留至今仍能保持此态，实属不易，从侧面彰显出高超的铸造工艺。
