
想除去负罪感,就念金刚萨埵心咒
Recite the Vajrasattva mantra to purify your defilements
金刚萨埵曾于往昔发愿:“凡闻我名号、凡观想我、凡念诵我心咒者,无始以来之罪业悉得清净,若不能者,我不成佛。”
In times past, Vajrasattva made this vow, “May all beings—by hearing my name, thinking of me, or reciting my mantra—be purified entirely of all their harmful actions and defilements from countless eons! Until this is brought about, may I remain without attaining perfect enlightenment!”
在十方无量的佛陀中,金刚萨埵是百尊之尊。
Among the innumerable Buddhas of all the directions, Vajrasattva is the sovereign of the hundred deities.
何谓百尊之尊?
What does “being the sovereign of the hundred deities” mean?
中阴法门里有文武百尊,这百尊涵盖了一切佛菩萨,而这百尊又可摄于金刚萨埵一尊。
The Hundred Peaceful and Wrathful Deities in the bardo cycle encompass all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas and in turn, Vajrasattva alone embodies these one hundred deities.
这个关系,就如同太阳与阳光,太阳可以散射无量阳光,而阳光又统统归于太阳。
Their relationship is like that of the sun and the sunshine: The sun radiates infinite light beams and all these beams remain one with the sun.
所以,只要你修成了金刚萨埵,也就成就了百尊功德。
Therefore, if one accomplishes the meditation on Vajrasattva, one accomplishes the meditation of all the one hundred deities.
尤其是,在忏悔罪障方面,金刚萨埵有非同一般的力量。
In particular, Vajrasattva is supremely powerful in the aspect of defilement purification.
阿弥陀佛的大愿,侧重于往生,令听闻其名号者往生极乐世界。
Buddha Amitabha’s great vows highlight a pure land rebirth for beings who have heard and recited his name.
而金刚萨埵,侧重于清净罪业,
Vajrasattva, on the other hand, emphasizes the purification of negative actions.
他曾于往昔发愿:“凡闻我名号、凡观想我、凡念诵我心咒者,无始以来之罪业悉得清净,若不能者,我不成佛。”
In times past, he made this vow, “May all beings, by hearing my name, thinking of me, or reciting my mantra, be purified entirely of all their harmful actions and defilements from countless eons! Until this is brought about, may I remain without attaining perfect enlightenment!”
如今,金刚萨埵已现前佛果,所以不论是谁,只要肯观修,念诵金刚萨埵心咒四十万遍,就必定能净除一切罪业。
Now that Vajrasattva has attained enlightenment, it goes without saying that whoever meditates on Vajrasattva and recites his mantra for four hundred thousand times can definitely purify all of his or her obscurations.
有些人常说:“我以前造的业太可怕了,坑蒙拐骗,无恶不作,现在有没有忏悔的机会啊?”
People say, “In the past, I’ve committed every wrongdoing imaginable like swindling and other evils. Oh dear, do I have a chance to confess and purify?”
其实只要有信心,就一定有这种机会。
Yes, you do, as long as you have faith and devotion.
心的意念非常关键,不仅佛教如此承认,很多科学家也这样认为。比如,美国有个科学家,经多年研究发现:如果用恶语去谩骂一朵鲜花,它很快就凋谢枯萎;而用爱语去赞叹它,它美丽动人,存活时间特别长。日本也有人研究发现,对同样的水,竭力赞叹它,里面会有莲花状的结晶;拼命诽谤它,结晶就现出丑恶的形状。
所以,心的力量不可思议。
The power of the mind is nothing short of a miracle.
只要我们真心忏悔,发誓今后不再重蹈覆辙,然后如法念诵金刚萨埵心咒,那么,罪业再重也能得以清净。
If we repent sincerely, genuinely vow to never commit the same misdeeds again and recite the Vajra sattva mantra single-mindedly, we can purify our downfalls, no matter how severe they may be.

若想忏悔过去的一切罪业,
就念金刚萨埵心咒
“嗡班匝萨埵吽”。
在念心咒的过程中,具体该如何观想呢?
Specifically, how do we meditate while reciting the mantra?
观想你前方的虚空中云雾缭绕,出现一朵白莲花,莲花上有一圆月坐垫,
In the space above you, visualize among the clouds a full moon disk resting upon an open white lotus flower.
上面端坐着金刚萨埵:身色洁白,金刚跏趺坐,
Upon this disc appears Guru Vajrasattva, white in color and sitting in the vajra posture.*
手持铃杵,以十三种报身服饰严饰全身。金刚萨埵正和颜悦色地面对着你,以慈悲的眼神注视着你。
Holding a vajra and bell in his hands and adorned with the thirteen ornaments, his countenance is affable and his mind reaches out to you with great love.
你在他面前虔诚祈祷、忏悔,同时一心念诵金刚萨埵心咒“嗡班匝萨埵吽”。
In his presence, you sincerely invoke him, confess your misdeeds and at the same time recite his mantra “Om Benza Sato Hum.”
念了一定数量之后,再观想金刚萨埵发光遍布十方,
After accumulating a certain number of recitations, you visualize that Vajrasattva radiates light beams in all directions.
继而他化光融入自身,自己无始以来的罪业全部清净,
He then dissolves into light and merges into you, purifying all the evil actions you have committed since time without beginning.
最后将此功德回向一切众生。
At the end, dedicate the merit to all sentient beings.
这种修法很简单,对甚深修法没有基础的人,只观想这一点完全可以。
This concise visualization practice is relatively simple and is especially suitable to Dharma disciples who are not yet initiated into other profound practices.
此外,有些人从小因受环境或教育的影响,造过很多杀生的恶业,有些可能至今还历历在目。
Many people, influenced by the way they were brought up or other circumstances, have committed crimes where they took many lives, and perhaps some vivid memories still haunt them.
为了忏悔这些,我还想给大家一点建议:
To atone for such offenses, I would make the following suggestions:
一、有条件的话,在山上林间悬挂印有金刚萨埵心咒的经旗,或印有观音心咒的经旗。
1. If your means allow, hang prayer flags printed with the mantra of Vajrasattva or Avalokiteshvara in the woods or on the mountainside.
二、多念诵金刚萨埵心咒和百字明。
2. Recite the Mantra of Vajrasattva and the Hundred-Syllable Mantra many times.
三、如果你过去杀过青蛙,以后就多放青蛙;过去捕杀过一些鸟,有生之年就多放鸟。
3. If you have killed frogs, make an effort to save frogs’ lives. If you have captured and killed birds, endeavor to release captured birds in your lifetime.
倘若你没有太多钱,也可以劝别人放,数量上尽量超过你所杀生的数目,这是生命的一种补偿。
If you’re short of money, encourage others to donate for life release. It’s best that the number of lives you save exceeds those you have killed, making it a way to compensate for the loss of life.
比如,你杀过两只狗,今生至少要放生两只以上。
For instance, if you have killed two dogs previously, you must save the lives of at least two dogs.
这种补偿方式能否完全抵消罪业,我不敢说,但的确是一种很好的忏悔方法。
I can’t say if it will expiate your offense completely, but it is a good way to perform purification.
* Vajra posture is a meditation posture with the legs crossed and the feet resting on the thighs. It is also known as the “lotus posture.”

地藏菩萨摄受诸众生,如地众多功德依止处,
三地满愿犹如如意宝,十地自在尊前敬礼赞。
地地引导增进至佛地,地精药谷庄稼恒增长,
此地众多财宝悉充满,圣尊地藏王前敬礼赞。
妙瓶如意树及圆劫云,甘露大海若谁忆念您,
赐彼圆满吉祥善住者,大悲为体尊前敬礼赞。
拥有浩瀚诸佛及佛子,胜德虚空藏者唯一您,
无尽刹中示现菩萨相,护持所有佛业尊前礼。
无量功德摩尼之光芒,彻底遣除浊世诸衰损,
圆满四部祥瑞而成办,巍巍伟业尊前敬礼赞。
文殊普贤弥勒观自在,此等极为殊胜大菩萨,
多劫之中供养并祈祷,佛说不如顷刻忆念您,
如意满足一切所求愿,极为超胜佛之最胜子,
与佛无别如是赞叹您。故当于我惠赐诸所欲,
三地众生普获胜信心,地藏自在王您哀摄受,
地精祥增大地遍安乐,地地升进佛地愿成就。
如是等同八吉祥物数之偈颂,于火马年室宿月二十七日麦彭蒋华吉巴(不败文殊欢喜者)撰著。愿增善妙!

鬼王起尸及寻香 夜叉众会皆赞叹

顶礼大怖救度母 摧毁一切凶猛魔
莲花容颜现颦眉 无余斩尽诸仇怨
顶礼三宝严印母 手指当胸露威严
庄严无余诸方轮 自之光芒普萦绕
顶礼欢悦威德母 顶饰光鬘诚斑斓
喜笑大笑圣咒音 怀柔群魔与世间
顶礼解厄圣度母 能召一切护地神
颦眉竖动发吽光 消除所有诸贫穷
顶礼月相冠冕母 一切饰品极璀璨
无量光佛髻中现 恒常光芒最耀眼
顶礼烈焰圣度母 如末劫火住光鬘
右伸左屈喜姿态 击毁一切诸敌军
顶礼颦眉圣度母 手掌压地足踩踏
面露怒容发吽声 击破七重一切处
顶礼安乐柔善母 寂灭涅槃行境性
真实咒语嗡索哈 摧毁一切大罪恶
顶礼明觉吽度母 众会围绕极欢喜
怨敌之身悉击碎 十字庄严明咒吽
顶礼震撼三界母 足踏吽相为种子
须弥玻雪曼达ra 三世间界皆摇动
顶礼灭毒圣度母 手持天海相皎月
诵二达ra啪字声 无余灭除一切毒
顶礼天王所敬母 天人非人咸依止
披甲欢喜之威德 遣除争斗与恶梦
顶礼消疫圣度母 日月双眸光鲜明
诵二哈ra德达ra 消除剧猛瘟疫病
顶礼具光胜度母 安立一切三真如
正具寂灭威神力 摧魔起尸夜叉众
匝沃锕基多巴德当 香擦瓦呢 涅协匝结
以根本咒礼赞二十一度母终
