近日，万豪国际集团任命黄鹏先生（Simon Huang）为宁波万豪酒店总经理，全面负责酒店的运营及管理工作。

黄鹏先生拥有超过15年国际品牌酒店管理经验，曾留学欧洲，并于美国开始其酒店职业生涯。2008年回国之后，曾先后于万豪国际集团、雅高酒店集团、丽笙酒店集团等多家国际知名酒店集团旗下酒店担任重要管理职位，并成功协助2家万豪品牌酒店筹备开业。黄鹏先生足迹遍布欧洲与北美多个国家及包括北京与上海在内的国内多个城市，并在多元文化环境的酒店工作历程中积累了丰富的酒店运营及管理经验，尤其在餐饮及市场销售方面拥有独到见解。此次重新回到万豪国际集团之前，黄鹏先生于唐山新华联铂尔曼大酒店及温州铂尔曼酒店担任总经理一职，并带领团队创下骄人业绩，取得丰硕荣誉。

Marriott International is pleased to announce that Mr. Simon Huang has been appointed as General Manager of Ningbo Marriott Hotel. He will be fully in charge of hotel operation and management.

Mr. Huang has more than 15 years of experience in international hospitality industry. He has studied in Europe and started his career in USA. After returning to China in 2008, he successively served in multiple international hotel chains such as Marriott International, Accor Hotels Group and Radisson Hotels Group, and appointed as key management roles. At the meantime, Mr. Huang has also successfully assisted 2 Marriott hotels in pre-opening and grand opening. Mr. Huang has traveled all over the Europe and USA as well as numerous cities in China including Beijing and Shanghai, and has accumulated plentiful experience in hotel operation and management especially in Food & Beverage and Sales & Marketing. Before rejoining Marriott International, Mr. Huang was appointed as General Manager of Pullman Tangshan Hotel and Pullman Wenzhou Hotel, and has made profound achievements and honor.

After joining in Ningbo Marriott Hotel, Mr. Huang will guide the team to maintain the hotel leading status in the market and lead the hotel to greater excellence and success by virtue of his outstanding management ability, profound industry experience, keen market insight and superior leadership skills.
