Mister Car Wash此次发行价为15美元，此次发行3750万股，募资总额为5.625亿美元。其中，Mister公司出售3125万股，获得4.69亿美元；现有股东出售625万股，可获得9375万美元。

Mister Car Wash开盘价为18.9美元，较发行价上涨26%；收盘价为20.3美元，较发行价上涨35.33%。

以发行价计算，Mister Car Wash市值为60亿美元。

Mister Car Wash在2019年、2020年营收分别为6.29亿美元、5.75亿美元；Mister在2021年第一季度营收为1.76亿美元，上年同期的营收为1.55亿美元。

IPO前，Green Equity Investors VI, L.P., Green Equity Investors Side VI, L.P., LGP Associates VI-A LLC and LGP Associates VI-B LLC 一共持股为90.9%，为大股东，CEO John Lai持股为5.4%。

IPO后，Green Equity Investors VI, L.P., Green Equity Investors Side VI, L.P., LGP Associates VI-A LLC and LGP Associates VI-B LLC 一共持股为77.6%，CEO John Lai持股为4.1%。
