为什么不说I m so hard

我们首先来看下hard的含义：

hard [hɑːrd]

adj. 困苦的;艰苦的;艰难的;坚固的;努力的;苛刻的

adv. 努力地;费力地;艰难地。

hard修饰事物的时候，可以表达困难的、艰难的。但修饰人的时候，是说ta努力或铁石心肠。其英文注释是

同理还有difficult，So...
