当然，如果你遇到以下2种情况，医生也会建议你脱掉：

一是，由于天气炎热，导致隐私部位的皮肤出现毛囊炎等皮肤病，此时可以适当修剪，再涂一些药膏；

二是，感染了某些传染病，如阴虱，此时必须要将毛发修剪干净，避免病原继续繁衍，伤害身体。
