第一天(first day)
• 当我们开始一个新的班级,新的幼儿来到幼儿园的第一天。为孩子们准备几个特定的选择材料供他们使用。
When we start a new class,
new children come to the first day of kindergarten.
Prepare several selected materials for children to use.
• 我们用握手的方式或者轻微拥抱的方式迎接孩子们的到来,并向他们展示我们的进入新环境的流程。老师也要注意到孩子第一天的分离焦虑!
We greet our children with a handshake or a slight hug and show them our flow into a new environment. teachers should also be aware of the kids'first day of separation anxiety !
第二天(the second day)
• 在第二天,我们仍然有一些工作材料放在工作毯和桌子准备为他们使用。今天开始准备一些在教具柜上的日常生活的材料。
On the second day,we still have some work materials on the work mat and table for them to use,and today we are starting to prepare some materials for everyday life on the teaching kit .
• 今天,两次老师在房间里都会有具体的角色分工。
Today, both teacher have specific roles on the room.
•老师会观察和帮助孩子们,因为他们之间的工作活动已经开始了。
Teacher1 : observe and help the children as work activities between them have begun.
•根据幼儿的需要适时的给予帮助。如果孩子需要很多工作支持,建议是更有经验的老师承担这个角色。
If the child needs a lot of work support, the advice is for more experienced teachers to take on the role.
