Mr. Johnson: Good morning. I booked a flight to San Francisco tomorrow, but unfortunately, I have to change my plan. I would like to cancel my flight① and get my ticket refunded②.
Receptionist: May I have your booking information, please.
Mr. Johnson: Of course.
Receptionist: To complete your request, I need to charge 25 dollars for late cancellation③.
Mr. Johnson: Why should I pay for so much?
Receptionist: It is 10% of your purchasing price.
Mr. Johnson: All right. Please do it and refund the rest for me.
