Rumaila project division is the main project of the oil field ground construction engineering.

Oil field ground construction includes engineering sort very much, for example: flowline, manifold, degassing station, pipeline maintenance, etc., involving mechanical , civil work, instrument, anti-corrosion and other technical.

Today, I want to with my brother, HSE engineers Mr. Prabosh, join me in introducing it.

你好！兄弟，最近又晒黑了！

（鲁迈拉项目部的主要工程是油田地面建设工程。油田地面建设包含的工程种类非常多，例如：井口管线、原油管汇、脱气站、管道维护等等，涉及到机械、土建、仪表、防腐等多种专业技术。今天，我要请出我的兄弟，HSE工程师普如布什，和我一起为大家介绍。）

你好！最近，风吹日晒，你知道的，我以前特别白。

好的，今天我们不练习中文，我们要介绍油田地面建设工程。

See behind me. The construction site of CPS6. The full English name of CPS6 is Cluster Pumping Station six.

（我身后就是水泵站，英文全称是集群泵站。）

Now we can see that the foundation of the pump station has been completed and workers are installing scaffolding to prepare the rebar, formwork and other work for the next concrete column.

（现在我们可以看见，水泵站的基础已经完工，工人们正在搭设脚手架，为下步混凝土柱的绑扎钢筋、模板支护等工作做做准备。）

While the civil works are going on, the steel structure, electrical and instrument work is also being prepared.

In one month, these works will appear on the site and we will look at them later.

（当土建工程进行的同时，钢结构、电气、仪表等工作也都在进行准备。1个月后，这些工作就会出现在现场，到时候我们再来看吧。）

See behind me. The oil manifold. Its function is to consolidate and redistribute the oil from each flowline.

（我身后就是石油汇管，它的功能是将每个井口管道输送来的原油进行整合，并进行再次分配。）

The main work of this project belongs to the process pipeline installation. Because we are the CPP, the welding and installation work is a piece of cake for me。

Let's hurry up and go to the next construction site.

What we see here is the flowline, which connects the wellhead to the manifold at both ends, and channeling the newly produced oil to the degassing station.

（现在我们看到的就是井口管线，它的两端连接井口和管汇，刚刚开采出来的石油经通过它运输的脱气站。）

These pipelines are very special. They are the first projects in rumaila oil field to be insulated.

The hot climate here prevents the oil from condensing, so normal pipelines don't need to be insulated.

Do you know why these pipelines need to be insulated?

（这几条管道很有特点，他们是鲁迈拉油田首次采用保温的工程。这里炎热气候使石油不会凝聚，所以输油管道不需要保温。你知道为什么这几条需要保温吗？）

Because this is an experimental pipeline, the oil in this field has a very high temperature underground.

Now it is hoped that the oil can keep the high temperature during the transportation to the degassing station,

so as to produce a better effect for the degassing work in the future.

（因为这是试验用的管道，这个油田的石油在地下时有很高的温度。现在希望石油运输到脱气站时能够保持住较高温度，将来对脱气工作产生更好的效果。）
