咱们海外单位都开展了哪些相关活动呢？

这不沙特重油管道项目把他的材料刚刚报过来。

Hi everyone, welcome to CPP JPS1 project.

（译：大家好，欢迎来到沙特重油项目。）

Actually this is the third project we’ve got from Saudi Aramco. We have been running for this project since the December, 2017.

（译：实际上这是我们在沙特阿美的第三个项目，本项目启动于2017年12月。）

The main scope of work of this project includes 162km pipeline starting from Juaymah Tank Farm to Pump Station No.1, 5 valve stations and other facilities.

（译：主要工作内容包括162公里的长输管线（从Juaymah到1号泵站），5个阀室以及其他的附属设施。）

I’m quite sure you guys already heard something about the strict quality requirement of Saudi Aramco.

（译：相信大伙儿肯定多少听说过沙特阿美对质量的严苛要求。）

What is the content of it? Are we going to have a small competition?

You are so smart, dude. The major content is basic knowledge of quality management.

This game, look at that, this game is also part of our quality month.

（译：很聪明啊哥们儿，测试题目的主要内容是关于质量管理基本知识的。这个小游戏也是我们质量月活动的一部分。）

Oh quality month. That’s the one we are spending now.

（译：质量月啊，就是这个月吧。）

Exactly. Every September is the quality month for us.

Especially in this month, we have conducted several times of site visit to identify the non-conformities and risks which will affect the quality performance of the whole project.

After that we have issued several pro-active notification to our construction teamfor action.

All of those items will be followed up until they were completely closed.

（译：没错儿，每年的9月都是我们的质量月。在这个月里，我们数次专程前往现场评估是否存在可能会影响到整个项目质量表现的不符合项或风险点。在这之后我们向施工团队发了好几个质量预警，供他们参考、落实与纠正。对于所有发现的问题，我们都会持续跟踪，直至关闭。）

Yes! Meanwhile we are organizing the quality meeting together with construction team, Saudi Aramco PID and PMT.

It’s a good way to improve the communication between all interest parties.

All the quality issues will be discussed and being recorded.

I’m quite sure that all of this effort will be reflected in the PQI of this month.

Yah we have great new today. We received the performance quality index from Saudi Aramco today.

Come here I will show you. For this month alone, we received 96.6 percent performance evaluation from Saudi Aramco.

For the 12 month period, we are more than the quality objective.

（译：来吧我给你看一眼，这个月业主给了我们96.6的评分。在过去的12个月里，我们在PQI指数上一直超过预定的质量目标。）

The secret is because the quality management system we are implementing for CPP JPS1 project.

QMS for this project is structured base on ISO9001-2015.

Yah, this gives us the ability to consistently achieve the quality objectives and exceed the Saudi Aramco requirement.

Hi guys, this is Muhammad Yousaf, QC manager.

I will explain how PDCA cycle is working in our project.

（译：我将会给大家解释一下PDCA循环是怎么在咱们项目运行的。）

Plan, we have approved project quality plan, procedure, inspection test plan and construction plan.

（译：首先是计划，我们有项目质量计划，程序，检验检测计划以及施工计划。）

Do, we utilize proper resource and competent inspectors which were approved by Saudi Aramco.

（译： 其次是执行，我们采用了充分的资源以及并被阿美批复的合格的检验员。）

Check, the approved inspectors are working at site for verification, inspection and measurement.

（译： 第三是检查，获批的检验员在施工现场执行验证、检查、测量等工作。）

Act, if they found any non-conformity, they will inform construction department to rectify as soon as possible to lead to continuous improvement.

（译：最后是处理，当检验员发现任何不符合项时，他们会通知施工部第一时间改正，进而实现持续改进。）

So next time we will have better plan. That’s it.

Hi everyone, I’m Gaosong. This is materials storage area.

（译：大家好，我是高耸，这是咱们的仓储区域。）

Part of the quality management system of CPP JPS1 project is to ensure that material is controlled in the required manufacturer and Saudi Aramco requirements.

（译：作为沙特重油项目质量管理体系的一部分，我们要确保材料的储存与控制满足制造商与沙特阿美的要求。）

Furthermore, let me introduce an instrument. This instrument is used of the measuring of temperature and humidity.

And also we are maintaining the record daily to insure that all the materials are stored in good condition to meet Saudi Aramco requirement.

（译：另外，我给大家介绍一些这个仪表: 它是用来测量温度和湿度的，同时我们也保持每天对温湿度的记录以确保这些材料储存在良好的环境中，以满足沙特阿美的要求。）

You wanna see more, come on， I will show you something.

Can you see this green sticker? Green stickers are the indication that the QC department have already evaluated the materials.

（译：想了解更多吗？来吧，我给你看点别的。看到这个标签了吗？绿色的标签代表该材料已经经过质量部评估。）

And there are three type of tags for materials inspection, green one, yellow one and red one.

The green one means it passed the inspection, the yellow one means hold and waiting for inspection, the red one means rejected.

Now all of these materials passed the inspection and can be used immediately.

（译：我们有三种颜色的标签，绿色、黄色和红色。绿色代表通过检验，黄色代表等待检验，红色代表拒收。现在所有的材料都通过了检验，可以直接使用。）

I’d like to share with you our project objectives and achievements.

（译：我想分享一下咱们项目的质量目标和成绩。）

For project quality index, we have achieved an excellent score.

（译：对于项目质量指数PQI，我们取得了良好的成绩。）

For weld production rejection rate, our objective is 5%. But we have achieved word class rejection rate which less than 1.5%.

（译：对于焊接返修率，我们的目标是5%，但我们的返修率低于1.5%。）

Besides, we have a significant figure of RFI rejection rate.

（译：另外，我们的RFI被拒率也相当低。）

Actually Ethan is first approved QC manager from the Chinese team.

It’s a great effort not only for himself, but also for the whole team. Ethan please share some of your experience.

To be honest, I’m so honored that I can pass Saudi Aramco interview. Actually the interview is very hard.

You should know Saudi Aramco quality system. And also you should have a basic knowledge of standard requirement for all discipline.

CPP just got into Saudi market, so this experience is very important for us.

We should learn Saudi Aramco.

Thank you CPP, thanks to JPS1 project, keep learning and keep moving.

How time flies. We have been working together for more than one and half years.

（译：时间过得真快啊，咱们在一块儿工作的时间超过一年半了。）

Sure, almost two I should say.

Yes, and I’m quite curious in your point of view, how is the quality performance of CPP?

（译：对啊，其实我挺好奇的，从你个人角度而言，CPP的质量表现怎么样？）

I should say so far we have done great in the project.

If we look at the KPI achievement of the project, we’ve managed to achieve accumulative KPI of 95.8 percent till today.

And that’s compared to a planned PQI of 94 percent.

Also, you know, on top of looking at the QAQC department of CPP being a young and dynamic team, it’s been a pleasure collaborating with the team.

And hopefully, looking at the project we are standing at, the construction progress on the project was just 55% percent.

So we still have a long way to go.

So I just hope we build upon the achievement and carry on with the great performance in terms of quality until we complete the project successfully.

质量月期间管道局国际事业部在海外三十个单位，组织开展了质量隐患排查和管理提升活动。

重点检查了智联计划的执行，质量风险登记册的编制情况，落实风险管控措施，监督分包商质量体系的运行。

通过开展形式多样的宣传活动，进一步提升全员质量意识，树立CPP良好的国际形象。
