I'm Liu Hua, I'm studying in Hongxing middle school. In your last letter, you mentioned that you were using the phone recently. So, you felt anxious about the impact of using mobile phone on your daily life. I understand how you feel, because I also had the same feeling. But I overcome it and I'll give my suggestions to you.

First, you should start to count down, you can set the time of using phone. Once the clock rings, you must power off your phone and do other things. Second, you should make a list of your daily plans, and then follow the plans strictly. Third, don't play games on the phone, or your daily life will be messy.
