Winter comes to the earth with the cold rainy,

Spending over half century as a teacher is bitterand sweet. Spring wind takes care of more ten thousand peach and plumtrees. The ancestors exhort and urge me repeatedly. Those hard and gloriousyears go up and down with a smile sweetly.
One person can endure because of the connotationhappily. Cultivating always wins a goodharvest wishfully. We come to know aboutinfinity to four seasons yearly. Any one is looking up at the sky and expectingto touch the blue bright sky.

Ta Suo Xing · Praising Teacher
The Yong River is 100 kilometres simply. She isfacing the freezing wind proudly. All kinds of flowers disappear except that chrysanthemum is in bloom uniquely.Chrysanthemum is on the branches gratefully. She is competing against the cruellycold weather bravely.
The experts are gathering wholly. The competitionis fighting fiercely. The ability and personal skill about the teaching isexquisitely and specially. The flower in Spring isn’t seen strangely and prettily. It is the beauty whoappears in the golden autumn timely.

全州如此多娇，引邕州诸位竞折腰。惜时光飞逝，国培时短；沟通交流，亲善友好。全州贤杰，追求梦想，只愿同仁共提高。新时代，全州新课改，再起新潮。

Magic ancient County owns outstanding people.Where there good mountains, there are good waters. Catch sight of Xiangjiangupstream. Ping Lake is in beautiful autumn. Granary is in the northern ofGuangxi. Jin Huai is enchanting. The hill peaks are among the dense forest,Long Yan Cave is so magical that she wants to compare with the prettiest fairy.Ecology is lovely for selecting the rice seeds with high quality. Good productsfrom the land are natural treasures.
Quan Zhou is so much wonderful that she makesthe people from Nanning to desire. 【作者简介】林万春，硕士，中学高级教师；南宁市学科带头人，广西外国语学院兼职教授。拥有双学历、双学位：广西师范大学外语系英语专业，文学学士；广西师范大学历史文化与旅游学院中国近现代经济研究专业，历史学硕士；曾被南宁市教育局选赴美国加州洪堡大学进修学习。从事并指导中学英语教学32年，形成独特“实•活•新”教学风格，创设“互教互学，高效课堂”新模式；所教班级的高考与竞赛成绩显著，培养出6名学生考上清华大学、美国加州大学、乌克兰基辅大学，8次荣获全国中学生英语能力竞赛指导一等奖。主持学校双语教学实验，负责外籍教师管理与教学指导工作。近期发表论文18篇，交流论文16篇，网络学术文章200多篇，诗词1000多首；出版著作15多册，校本教材20多册。主持国家级课题2项、自治区级课题5项、市级课题8项及校级课题33项。创设《书香韵》校刊编辑部，创编3种学术期刊。荣获“全国校园媒体先进工作者”、“国家基础教育教科研先进个人”及“全国教育科研先进工作者”。
