1.公司取得民用核安全设备安装许可证
3月9日，公司取得了民用核安全设备安装许可证，这标志着公司成为全国范围内同时拥有电力工程施工总承包特级资质和核资质的三家工程企业之一。取证后，公司全面深化与中广核工程公司的合作，大力培育核岛施工能力和人才队伍，有100余人参与了核岛施工管理，有33人通过核级焊工考试。完成了国家核工业标准研究所《核电厂异型预制混凝土蜗壳安装技术规程》核电标准的编制任务，开展《中国三代核电站建设与大型设备安装重大关键技术研究》，并立项为集团公司重大专项，获得3000多万元的资金扶持。

1.Obtaining Installation License of Civil Nuclear Safety Equipment
On March 9th, the Company obtained the Installation License of Civil Nuclear Safety Equipment, making the Company become one of the three engineering enterprises with special qualification of electric power contracting and nuclear qualification nationwide. On which based, the Company is deepening the cooperation with China Nuclear Power Engineering Company Co. Ltd, and vigorously developing nuclear island construction capability and talent team; till now, 100 plus people participated in the nuclear island construction management and 33 welders obtained nuclear grade welding qualification. The Company undertook and completed the preparation of nuclear power industry standard Nuclear Power Plant Special Precast Concrete Spiral Installation Technical Regulations; and developed Research on Key Technologies for Nuclear Power Plant Construction and Large Equipment Installation of China Generation Three, which has been nominated as major special technology project by POWERCHINA and was rewarded with RMB 30million for supporting the development of the technology.

2018年，公司完成了“双百亿”的经营目标。市场开发上，海外市场伊拉克鲁迈拉和津巴布韦旺吉项目融资关闭，并中标了越南沿海二期、塞尔维亚供热管道、孟加拉吉大港燃机联合循环电站、缅甸伊洛瓦底省燃煤电站等项目；国内火电市场中标了中兴电力蓬莱一期高效超净燃煤电厂示范工程、济宁金威热电节能环保升级改造项目EPC总承包、新疆华电哈密发电四期热电联产工程等项目；新能源市场中标了北京天华成长垣县张三寨风电项目（EPC）工程、青海海南州水光风多能互补集成优化示范工程等项目；基础产业市场中标了河南省新乡市红旗区臧营西马小营棚户区EPC工程等项目；送变电市场中标了河北工程大学新校区一期工程—校园电力专项工程等项目；房地产市场成功摘牌山水泉城•玺城地块，签订了核电产业入园协议，以EPC模式与平阴县政府合作建设安置房社区；检修运维市场中标了四川巴蜀江油燃煤发电公司“超低排放”优化改造项目建安工程等项目；钢结构市场中标金岭集团江苏富强项目钢结构制作安装工程，在非电钢结构领域实现了突破。

2.Successively Achieving Business Goal “RMB Double Tens of Billion”
In 2018, goal of “RMB Double Tens of Billions” was completed for the main business scope. In overseas market, Iraqi Rumailah Project and Zimbabwe Hwange Project achieved financing close, the Company won Vietnam Duyen Hai-2 Extension Thermal Power Project, Belgrade heating pipeline project in Serbian, Bangladesh Chittagong Gas Turbine Combined Cycle Project, Myanmar Kalewa Coal-fired Power Plant Project, etc.; in domestic market, the Company won ZTE Power Penglai Phase I High-Efficiency Super-Clean Coal-Fired Power Plant Demonstration Project, Jining Jinwei Thermal Power Upgrading EPC Project, Xinjiang Huadian Hami Phase 4 Cogeneration Project, etc.; for renewable energy market, it won Zhangzhangzhai Wind Power Project (EPC) in Henan and Hainan Multi-energy Complementary Integrated Optimization Demonstration Project in Qinghai, etc.; for basic industry market, it won EPC project of shanty town reconstruction in Henan, etc.; in power transmission market, the Company won power transmission project of new campus-phase I of Hebei Engineering University, etc.; in real estate market, the Company successfully purchased the land plot for Shanshui Spring City•Yucheng housing development, reached admission agreement on nuclear power industry park, build a resettlement community EPC with cooperating with Pingyin government, etc.; in O&M market, the Company won civil works and construction of reconstruction project in Sichuan, etc.; and in steel structure market, it won bid of steel structure fabrication and erection project of Jiangsu Fuqiang Jinling Group, achieving a breakthrough on steel structure fabricating and erection in other fields than the electric power.
3.青海德令哈全国首座商业化光热电站
投入商运，全年高质量投产607万千瓦
10月10日，公司建设的国内首个大型商业化光热示范电站——中广核德令哈50MW光热示范项目正式投运，中国由此成为世界上第8个掌握大规模光热技术的国家。2018年，公司上下坚持“干好工程就是书写最好标书”的工作理念，致力打造精品工程，工程建设捷报频传，茌平信源铝业7×700MW机组工程7号机组、国投北疆发电厂二期2×1000MW机组工程3号机组、阳江核电三期2×1000MW机组工程5号机组、山西古交2×660MW机组工程6号机组、中广核青海德令哈50MW光热电站、华能宁夏大坝2×660MW机组工程7号机组、大唐长春第三热电厂2×80MW机组工程4号机组等机组先后高质量投产发电。公司全年投产核电机组1台，燃煤机组7台，风电机组429台，光伏项目2个，光热项目1个，投产装机容量607万千瓦。公司获评“2017年度全国电力工程建设优秀施工企业”。

3.Delingha CSC Power Plant-the national first commercialized CSC power plant starting commercial operation, with annual power generation of 6070MW
On October 10th , CGN Delingha 50MW CSC Power Plant undertaken by the Company formally started commercial operation, andChinabecame the 8th country possessing large-scale photothermal technology in the world. In 2018, following the working philosophy “quality project presents the best bidding”, the Company enjoyed news of victories on high quality handover of projects: Unit 7 of Chiping Xinyuan Aluminum Industry 7×700MW Project, Unit 3 of SDIC Beijiang 2×1000MW Power Plant Project, Unit 5 of Yangjiang Nuclear Power Phase 3 2×1000MW Project, Unit 6 of Shaanxi Gujiao 2×660MW Power Project, CGN Delingha 50MW CSC Power Plant , Unit 7 of Huaneng Ningxia Daba 2×660MW Power Project, Unit 4 of Datang Changchun No. 3 Thermal Power Plant (2×80MW). The Company successfully handed over one (1) nuclear power unit, seven (7) coal-fired units, 429 sets of wind turbines, two (2) PV projects and one (1) CSC project. The installed capacity is 6070MW. The Company was awarded as “2017 National Excellent Construction Enterprise for Power Engineering Construction”.
4.公司完成改制并推进深化改革工作
1月2日，根据《国务院办公厅关于印发中央企业公司制改制工作实施方案》要求及国资委和集团公司的部署，经集团公司批复同意，按照《公司法》有关规定，公司完成公司制改制的工商变更登记。公司调整优化组织架构，契合发展需要，成立了核电技术发展部、焊接管道工程公司、核电检修运维公司。积极推进吉林电建破产清算进展，做好人员接收安置工作。完成济南、济宁、长春以及吉林“三供一业”分离移交和职工医院的改革工作。

4.Completing Restructuring and Promoting the reform
On January 2nd, the Company completed change of registration of corporate system reform in accordance with the requirements under Implementation Plan of Central Enterprise System issued by the General Office of the State Council and the arrangement of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission and POWERCHINA as well as with relevant provisions of Company Law. The Company adjusted and optimized the organizational structure, established Nuclear Power Technology Development Department, Welding & Piping Installation Company, Nuclear Power O&M Company. Further, the Company completed “three- supply(water, power and heating) and real estate management” separation and transfer in Jinan base, Jining base, Changchun base and Jilin base as well as the reform of the staff & worker’s hospital owned by the Company.

“国家优质工程金质奖”和“鲁班奖”
2018年，公司以F（融资）+EPC模式总承包建设的巴基斯坦萨希瓦尔2×660MW燃煤电站项目荣获国家优质工程金质奖，建设的华能莱芜电厂2×1000MW“上大压小”扩建工程、大唐滨州2×350MW“上大压小”热电联产新建工程、华能西宁热电厂2×350MW“上大压小”新建工程荣获国家优质工程奖。公司建设的华电国际十里泉发电厂“上大压小”2×660MW超超临界燃煤发电机组扩建工程荣获“鲁班奖”，这是公司第六次荣获该奖项。此外，华能山东如意巴基斯坦萨希瓦尔电站工程、华能莱芜电厂扩建工程、华电国际十里泉发电厂工程、大唐滨州热电联产新建工程、华能青海西宁热电厂新建工程、华能富源胜境二、三期风电工程获得中国电力优质工程奖，如此多的工程奖项体现了公司长期坚持的“工匠精神”和“钻石品质”，彰显了公司一流的建设实力和品牌形象。

5.Honouring “National Quality Engineering Gold Award” and “Luban Award”
In 2018, Pakistani Sahiwal 2×660MW Coal-Fired Power Plant Project undertaken by the Company in form of F (financing) + EPC, won the “National Quality Engineering Gold Award”, and Huaneng Laiwu 2×1000MW Power Plant Project, Datang Binzhou 2×350MW Power Plant Project and Huaneng Xining 2×350MW Thermal Power Plant Project undertaken by the Company won the “National Quality Engineering Award”; and Huadian International Shiliquan 2×660MW Power Plant Project won the “Luban Award”, being the sixth time for the Company to win the award. In addition, the projects abovementioned including Pakistan Sahiwal Power Plant Project, Huaneng Xining Thermal Power Plant Project (in Qinghai) and Huaneng Fuyuan II & III wind farms projects won “China Power Quality Engineering Award”. So many engineering awards highlight the company’s first-class construction strength and brand image.

2018年，公司不断强化内部管理，大力开展“质量效益年”活动。以10项重点任务为抓手，强化经营过程管控，完善制度体系，突出问责考核，着力提高公司发展质量和效益水平。组织开展经营基础工作大检查，实现对所有项目部、（分）子公司的全覆盖，及时发现解决问题，堵塞管理漏洞。公司全年实现营业收入过百亿元，公司良好的发展态势得到集团公司充分肯定并获得增资支持，注册资本金由6亿元增加至15亿元，公司整体实力和品牌影响力进一步增强。

6.Effective Activities in “Quality & Efficiency Year”
In 2018, the Company continued to strengthen internal management and developed the “Quality & Efficiency Year” activities. With 10 key tasks as the starting point, strengthened management and control of the business process, improved the system and highlighted accountability evaluation to improve development quality and efficiency. The Company’s annual operating income exceeded 10 billion yuan. The company’s good development was fully affirmed by POWERCHINA and supported by capital increase. The registered capital increased from 600 million yuan to 1.5 billion yuan, and the Company’s overall strength and brand influence were further enhanced.
7.科技管理扎实有力
创新成果“花开满园”
2018年，公司共获得省部级以上工法36项，济南市优秀工法10项；省部级以上科技进步奖（科技成果）26项；完成专利申请66项，软件著作权4项；新增国际先进水平成果1项；公司荣获2018年山东省电力行业“科技创新工作先进单位”称号。2018年，公司享受税收优惠（减免）、研发费用资助以及外部科技奖励等费用超过4000万元。目前，公司已拥有企业级工法180项，市级工法10项，省部级工法152项，国家级工法2项；国家实用新型专利316项，发明专利18项；软件著作权27项。拥有省部级科学技术进步奖107项，市（区）级科技进步奖3项。公司取得山东省科技厅重点研发计划1项，山东省技术创新项目立项47项，集团科技立项7项，拥有国际先进水平以上科学技术成果10项。公司质量管理小组活动实现新突破，公司1个小组被命名为全国优秀质量管理小组，获全国工程建设质量管理小组活动成果一等奖4项、全国电力建设优秀成果奖16项，山东省建筑业优秀成果奖2项。

7.Solid Management of Technology and Blooming Innovation Results
In 2018, the Company obtained 36 construction method patents above provincial and ministerial-level, 10 excellent construction method patents in Jinan, 26 scientific and technological progress awards (scientific and technological achievements) above provincial and ministerial-level; 66 patent applications and 4 software copyrights; 1 new achievement at international advanced level; the Company was awarded as “2018 Advanced Entity of Science and Technology Innovation Work” in Shandong Power Industry. The company enjoyed more than RMB 40 million yuan in tax incentives (reductions), research and development expenses, and external technology awards. At present, the company has 180 enterprise-level construction method patents, 10 municipal-level construction method patents, 152 provincial-level construction method patents, 2 national-level construction method patents, 316 national utility model patents, 18 invention patents, and 27 software copyrights. It has 107 provincial and ministerial level scientific and technological progress awards and 3 municipal level scientific and technological progress awards. The Company has obtained 1 key project under Research and Development Plan of Shandong Science and Technology Department, 47 projects developed by the Company were approved by as Shandong Province technological innovation projects, 7 projects were approved as science and technology project by POWERCHINA, and 10 scientific and technological achievements has reached international advanced level. The Company’s quality management team achieved new breakthroughs, honored as the National Excellent Quality Management Team, and won 4 first prizes in National Engineering Construction Quality Management Group’s activities, 16 National Electric Power Construction Outstanding Achievement Award, and 2 outstanding achievement awards among Shandong Construction Industry.

8.Winning “Top Ten Enterprises of Hoisting inChina” for the Fourth Time
On December 2nd, at the “2018 Global Crane Summit & China’s Hoisting Top 100 Conference” co-sponsored by the Organizing Committee of the Global Construction Machinery Industry Conference, the Organizing Committee of China’s Hoisting top 100, and the magazine China Construction Machinery, the Company has successfully entered the list of “Top Ten Enterprises of Hoisting in China” with first-class hoisting equipment capacity and mechanical execution capability, which is the fourth time that the Company has won the “Top Ten Enterprises of Hoisting in China”.

12月12日，在2018年第五届全国吊装职业技能竞赛中，公司起重代表队夺得团体第三名，起重指挥索庆歌获得“全国技术能手”申报资格。12月17日，在集团公司第六届青年论坛总论坛活动中，公司选手孙文东发布的成果在25项成果中脱颖而出获得第五名，荣获“十佳论文奖”。2018年，青工刘超获得“全国青年岗位能手”称号，周海涛获得“齐鲁首席技师”称号，武国振获得“齐鲁工匠”称号。2018年，公司先后举办了起重技术、电气试验、英语知识、核文化知识、土建专业指导书编制等技术比武和竞赛活动，促进了各类技术技能人才的脱颖而出。

9.Building Platform to Promote “Artisan Talents”
On December 12th , in the 5th National Hoisting Vocational Skills Competition, the Company’s lifting team won the third place in the group, and the lifting conductor So Qingge won the application qualification for “National Technical Expert”. On December 17th , in the 6th Youth Forum General Forum of POWERCHINA, the Company's contestant, Sun Wendong won the fifth place in 25 achievements and won the “Top Ten Paper Award”. In 2018, Liu Chao won the title of “National Youth Position Expert”, Zhou Haitao won the title of “Qilu Chief Technician”, and Wu Guozhen won the title of “Qilu Artisan”. In 2018, the Company held series competitions such as lifting technology, electrical testing, English knowledge, nuclear culture knowledge, etc, which promoted various technical and skilled talents.

The party committee of the Company strictly implements the main responsibility and gives full play to the political core role.
