名舰长门的历史就不在此班门弄斧了,这里谈一谈造型和涂装的心得
涂装方面,选取的是1941年开战时的状态,这一时期舰体的保养良好,还没有进行后期防空武器和电子设备的改装,整体的造型简洁,整体的色调以暗灰色为主,仅有少量的天幕和沙包以白色点缀其间,舰船的杂物并没有像战争后期破坏整体色调
个人认为ijn舰船涂装的难点之一,就是在暗灰色调的基调下,如何做出微妙的色彩变化(舰体装甲板的色差,海洋生物以绿色调和灰色调影响舰体下部,光源自上而下由亮及暗的变化,天光以蓝色倾向影响舰体),一些ijn作品过于强调锈蚀,水痕,其实破坏外立面色调的整体性
这次涂装除了在传统的预置阴影技法以外,借用了部分cm的观念,做出了自上而下的光源变化,在国外大神那学习到了一种油画颜料的渐变滤镜,用纸板吸收了油画颜料部分的油脂,以近乎干扫的方式 改变每块装甲板的色彩倾向,不过遗憾的是制作的时候没有经常的远观,整体来看,色彩还是有些突兀,
舰体的造型方面,没有挑战1944年的状态,这一时期造型的造型凌乱,堆砌过多杂物,相当影响整体的色调,想要同时统一色调和作出色彩变化是比较困难,(木箱油粘布,天幕舰体船体,都是不同色调和色彩倾向的物品)
1941年的状态就相对简洁,同时具有危楼重塔的美感和统一的造型与色调。
张线的制作由于经验不足并没有全部做出纵向的张线,还是很遗憾的。希望下次有机会补足吧
