日产本田三菱官宣终止联盟计划

今天（2月13日），日产、本田以及三菱同时宣布终止联盟计划，以下是三方的官方申明。

日产汽车公司（以下简称“日产”）、本田技研工业株式会社（以下简称“本田”）以及三菱汽车株式会社（以下简称“三菱汽车”）今日决定终止三方关于成立联盟的谅解备忘录（MOU），此前于2024年12月23日签署的关于日产与本田之间业务整合的谅解备忘录也已终止。

展望未来，三家公司将在一个旨在面向智能化和电动化汽车时代的战略合作伙伴关系框架内进行合作。该框架是基于去年8月1日签署的谅解备忘录建立的，旨在创造新的价值并最大化每家公司的企业价值。

Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. (“Nissan”), Honda Motor Co., Ltd. (“Honda”), and Mitsubishi Motors Corporation (“Mitsubishi Motors”) today agreed to terminate their MOU regarding the consideration of the structure for a tripartite collaboration, in light of the termination of the MOU signed on December 23 last year regarding the consideration of a business integration between Nissan and Honda.

Going forward, the three companies will collaborate within the framework of a strategic partnership aimed at the era of intelligence and electrified vehicles. This framework was established with the MOU signed on August 1 last year, striving to create new value and maximize the corporate value of each company.
