sweet我们都知道是甜的意思，难道广东糖水早已走出国门？但是“sweet water”可不是“甜水”的意思哦！

一、Sweet water

字面上来看，它的意思好像是是“甜水”或者“糖水”之类的意思。

但是！它的真正意思其实是“淡水”，即"fresh water", 也可以表示“甘泉”。

它的意思还有“soemthing smells or tastes pleasantly fresh and clean”，即“(水)纯净的”。

例：

The joy of life is a deep spring. Only when digging deep, can you draw clear and sweet water.

生活的乐趣是一口很深的泉眼，只有深深的开掘，才能汲出清润、甘甜的泉水。
