Corey Harris

Corey Harris was born in Denver, Colorado to parents from Texas and Kentucky. He is a guitarist, vocalist, songwriter and band leader who has carved out his own niche in blues. His 1995 recording, Between Midnight and Day, is a tribute to the tradition of acoustic blues. With one foot in tradition and the other in contemporary experimentation, Harris is a truly unique voice in contemporary music. In 2007, he was awarded MacArthur Fellowship – commonly referred to as a “genius award” – from the John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation.

Terence Blanchard

With his current quintet E-Collective he addresses the staggering cyclical epidemic of gun violence in this country with his new album Live, 7 powerful songs recorded live in concert that both reflect the bitter frustration of the conscious masses while also providing a balm of emotional healing.

张乐 张雄关
爵士歌手张乐2006 年曾与作曲家谭盾合作录制作品《禅宗少林》，2008年毕业于美国新英格兰音乐学院爵士表演系，师承Ran Blake、Dominique Eade、John McNeil、Theo Bleckmann等当代爵士音乐大师，并于2010年获得纽约城市大学Aaron Copland音乐学院爵士表演专业硕士学位和年度Roland Hanna爵士乐奖学金。2019年与吉他手张雄关合作发行的二重奏专辑《一点新，一点旧》。
张雄关是当下中国极具影响力的青年爵士吉他手、作曲家之一，精湛的技艺与源源不断的创造力使他成为了中国最活跃、最前线的音乐家、教育者之一。张雄关不仅拥有自己的多支风格不同的乐队，还参与了许多其他不同的音乐项目。
Lauded by Oscar-winning composer Tan Dun as "a rising young star with a remarkable gift" for their collaboration on the Zen Shaolin Project, jazz singer and composer Zhang Le leads the wave of Chinese artists who bring the power of traditional Chinese musical arts to the home of jazz. Zhang won the Sir Roland Hanna Memorial Awards for jazz performance in NYC and is a graduate of the New England Conservatory of Music.
Zhang Xiongguan studied with some of the leading figures in the jazz world: Fred Hersch, Miguel Zenon and Jason Moran. After graduating from the prestigious New England Conservatory with a Master degree, he returned his homeland and started his career as an educator in Shanghai Conservatory of Music.

Scott Henderson

Scott Henderson is one of the most important guitarists of the Jazz history of the last 40 years. Since the years of Tribal Tech into successful albums like Well to the Bone or the most recent Vibe Station, considered by many as his master piece, this guitar player from Los Angeles has been always at the top of his generation, being an inspiration for millions of musicians all around the world. Since 2013 Scott tours worldwide with his Scott Henderson Trio featuring Romaine Labaye and Archibald Ligonniere. Scott Henderson Trio has performed several times in Latin America in the last years and will be presenting his new album People Mover, to be released in July 2019, second step of a worldwide tour including Europe, Latin America, Asia, Australia and USA.

Wawa made her debut in 1982
That year, her album “Right here tonight”could be heard all over Taiwan, from the north to the south.
At that time, she was only 18 years old and had just recently graduated from High School. WaWa has always been an Iconic singer in the Taiwanese music scene known for her unique voice and highly recognizable singing style. All the greatest and most reputable producers in Taiwan wanted a chance to work with her.
In 1991, her Magnum Opus “Heavy Rain”was released, which included the song“Out to See You Across the Ocean”, written by superstar producer Jonathan Lee. In this song, WaWa sings her own story which has touched the hearts of billions across the Chinese world. In over 37 years and 20 albums, her love for music and passion for her work has never stopped.

Aaron Parks

From an early age, it was clear that award-winning pianist Aaron Parks (born in California in 1983 and raised in Seattle) was headed for great things. At 15, he was selected to participate in the GRAMMY Jazz Band in Los Angeles, which inspired his move to New York at age 16 to attend the Manhattan School of Music. In 2001, at 18, he was invited to join trumpeter Terence Blanchard's band and also earned the title of Cole Porter Fellow from the American Pianists Association (First Prize in their triennial jazz competition). Parks appeared on three Blue Note albums by Blanchard before making his own debut with 2008's "Invisible Cinema." The BBC declared it “one of the great albums of 2008.” JazzTimes hailed him as "a new visionary," while All Music Guide said "this is the sound of an improvising artist that has arrived fully formed. " The Guardian has lauded Parks’ “independent vision,” calling him a “fast-rising star.”

Keyon Harrold

Keyon Harrold was born and raised in Ferguson, MO, the St. Louis. In New York, he landed his first major gig with Common, an experience which he says broadened his musical horizons beyond jazz to include funk, Afrobeat, R&B, and hip hop. Soon he was performing with stars like Snoop Dogg, Jay Z, Beyonce, Rihanna, Eminem, Maxwell, and Anthony Hamilton. In 2009, he released his solo debut, Introducing Keyon Harrold and then won wide acclaim for his trumpet performances in Don Cheadle’s Miles Davis biopic Miles Ahead.
