JW万豪杭州武林万怡双品牌酒店任命行政总厨Jasper Eu-Yeong Law

近日,万豪旗下双品牌酒店 - 杭州JW万豪酒店 &杭州武林万怡酒店正式任命Jasper先生为酒店行政总厨,他将全面负责两家酒店厨房日常运营及厨师团队管理工作。

The complex hotel - JW Marriott Hotel Hangzhou & Courtyard by Marriott Hangzhou Wulin is pleased to announce the appointment of Jasper Eu –Yeong Law as Executive Chef, he will fully in charge the kitchen daily operation and chef team management of 2 hotels.

Jaspar先生于1998年4月加入马来西亚吉隆坡四季酒店开启了他的职业生涯,至今已拥有21年酒店从业经验。他曾先后就职于澳大利亚悉尼四季酒店,迪拜迈纳塞亚海滩艾美酒店、迪拜威斯汀酒店、迪拜棕榈岛费尔蒙酒店等;在加入双品牌酒店杭州JW万豪酒店&杭州武林万怡酒店前,Jaspar先生曾就职于阳澄湖费尔蒙酒店担任行政总厨。

Chef Jaspar started his career at Four Season Hotel Kuala Lumpar, Malaysia in 1998, up till now he already has 21 years working experience in hospitality industry. He used to serve many famous hotels in Australia and Dubai. Such as: Four Season Hotel Sydney, Le Meridien Mina Seyahi Dubai, The Westin Mina Seyahi Dubai, Fairmont The Palm Dubai and so on, Jaspar worked as Executive chef in Fairmont Yangcheng Lake before he join the complex hotel - JW Marriott Hotel Hangzhou & Courtyard by Marriott Hangzhou Wulin.

来自马来西亚的大厨Jasper毕业于南澳大利亚阿德莱德蓝带大学,并取得了餐厅管理学士学位。他对东南亚美食及西餐有着深厚的造诣,他曾在马来西亚槟城学院烹饪比赛中获得了一等奖,并曾在取得过澳大利亚新南威尔士州“悉尼烹饪赛”的银牌。Jaspar对烹饪艺术有着极大的热情,并擅长将创意与绿色健康食材相融合,为食客打造健康美食。

Born in Malaysia, Chef Jasper graduated from Le Cordon Bleu Restaurant Business management, Adelaide, South Australia which he achieved the bachelor degree. He is good at Southeast Asian Cuisine and Western Cuisine. He has been won the first prize in Penang cooking competition of Malaysia. He also achieved Le Cordon Bleu Bachelor Degree in Restaurant Business management, Adelaide, South Australia. Besides, He also won the silver medal in Australia NSW The Sydney Culinary Challenge.

Jaspar 是一位热爱读书的大厨,尤其喜欢研究美食与烹饪类书籍,200余本各国美食书籍是他的心头至爱,每到一处工作,必有书籍随行。读书之外,他喜欢旅行,读万卷书不如行万里路,Jaspar喜欢在旅行中体验和感知不同国家和地区的美食,在旅行中解读美食,从而激发自己的美食创新思维。他坚信“用脚步丈量世界,用食材臻享味蕾,用美食渲染生活是一件很有成就感的事”

Chef Jaspar love reading books especially cooking and gourmet books, he has more than 200 books with him, no matter which place he go for work, he will bring books with him. Besides, he also love travel, he believes that it is better to travel ten thousand miles than to read ten thousand books. Jaspar like to experience and taste gourmet in different countries and cities. To explore and study gourmet in different country through travelling can inspiring him to create more new concept dishes. He believes that to measure the world with steps, enjoy the taste buds with gorgeous ingredients, Fulfill and enrich life with gourmet is a wonderful experience and achievements.
